A. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping cost calculated at checkout. So you can see your shipping cost at checkout.
B. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
In general, shipments are in transit for 5 – 8 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 1 – 3 business day (Monday to Friday).
C. DELIVERY TERMS
We use UPS, USPS or FedEx to deliver the product.
D. CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@bape-hoodies.net.
E. CANCELLATIONS
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. PARCELS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

A. 14 DAY RETURN POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. All MANUFACTURER DIRECT items are FINAL sale and are not eligible for returns.
B. RETURN PROCESS

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
C. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
